                    WANNA KIP THAT BODY FIT BUT CANT MAKE IT TO THE GYMN? , THEN TAKE THE WORKOUT SCHEME(part 1):
Exercise is a very important necessity in the quest for good health;
It keeps you active and agile for the day
It builds muscle in the body which helps in fighting diseases
It gives you a spectacular body shape that people will admire
It burns fat and cholesterol which can cause obesity and heart failure
It gives effective blood circulation in the body
It makes you stronger
It boosts the power of your immune system

1.SHOULDERS:
Your shoulders are one of the essential body parts that need to be kept fit.the shoulders act like a foundation to your arms, so if you want strong arms you need a strong shoulder,therefore;
DO THE PRESS-UP WORKOUT=


Try start with 20 constant repetitions for the first round,take 2 minutes recuperation  then continue  3 other rounds.
DO THE PULL-UP WORKOUT=


Find a rigid bar to hang on with your feet suspended in the air;pull yourself up with 10 constant reps., take 2 minutes rec.,then continue for 3 other rounds.
2.ABDOMINALS(ABBS):


You have to burn that belly fat, so what do you do;lie flat on the ground after placing a soft mat or something like that.pull back your legs like a 4:30 reading on the clock(you can have someone else support the legs to the ground),Then pull your upper body with both your hands on your head.Take 30 repetitions for a start and increase as you go on and get used to the exercise.
3.CARDIORESPIRATORY:


This refers to your heart,lungs,and how you cope with fatigue,so while working out remember to work on the internal essential organs;
You can go for a walk if you are advanced in age,the young can jug or run may be a mile distance,play soccer,golf or any sporting activity that makes you sweat, pant and ask for water.
